Limited edtition prints, mounted prints and framed prints will need to be made.
Please allow time to make the print plus the delivery time.

Delivery of Original Paintings
Original paintings require reinforced packaging before despatching. Please allow 2- 3 days for packaging plus delivery time. This will vary depending on your location.

Carbon Neutral Delivery: All deliveries are 100% carbon neutral, which is a big reason why many “eco-conscious” galleries choose them.

Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be free from damage and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Please contact me first, email- jonpaul@jpwgallery.com and i will resolve your issuue. Please contact me first and i will then email you specific information. As prints are made by one of the leading Giclee print makers in Europe and are sent from different locations around the world, you will need a specific return address.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, please make sure you contact me immediately at jonpaul@jpwgallery.com
Exchanges

Refunds
Once I have receive and inspected your return, I’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within ten working days less the cost of the original delivery. It is your responsibility (the customer) to send the item back to jpwgallery.com.
